Row 30 minutes, alternating 4 minutes (+2:00min/500m) / 2 minutes (-2:00min/500m) +
Row 4 minutes (cool down)
Workout:
Work up to Deadlift 1RM
Deadlift = 365#
Last week I got up to 385# again for the deadlift. I actually did it twice (but not in a row). Today I probably could have done it again but I was pretty worn out from the rowing earlier in the day and I had no energy pulling that bar off the ground.
