WOD 10/29/09

Workout:
10x KTE +
10x Dip
3 rounds, short rest between
Then:
Row 30 minutes, alternating 4 minutes (+2:00min/500m) / 2 minutes (-2:00min/500m) +
Row 4 minutes (cool down)

Workout:
Work up to Deadlift 1RM

Deadlift = 365#
Last week I got up to 385# again for the deadlift. I actually did it twice (but not in a row). Today I probably could have done it again but I was pretty worn out from the rowing earlier in the day and I had no energy pulling that bar off the ground. Results of the row can be viewed in today’s early post here.

I actually used my rower again today! It felt a little rough to start with but felt pretty good towards the end. I went 4 minutes steady (+2:00min/500m) and then 2 minutes hard (-2:00min/500m) for 30 total minutes and straight into a 4 minute cool down. It was fun to get on it again!
